During the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown, me and my Finnish partner took to home baking and one of our favourite buns to bake was the Korvapuusti, or cinnamon bun. Rather than keep asking him for the recipe, I decided to create a poster with the recipe to place on our kitchen wall.
